This is a 9-unit condominium association and is, therefore, bound by certain guidelines. We think you will find that they will add to your comfort as well.
Water:
Provincetown is located on a very fragile piece of the planet so we have to be careful to conserve water and not to overtax our delicate system. Please refrain from putting anything other than the obvious in the toilet. No tampons, baby wipes or condoms. Thank you.
Pets:
Tenants are not allowed to have pets on the premises. Only unit owners are allowed pets.
Pool:(awaiting approval from Township)
6 people limit in pool due to covid for the summer 2020. NO GUESTS ALLOWED. Please RESPECT others regarding noise and chair usage. The pool is available from 8am – 8pm. Adult swim only 12:00-3:00pm daily (no adult swim during family week). Adult swim only extended to 12:00-4:00pm July 4th week, Bear week, and Carnival week. No glass products, smoking, or parties are allowed in the pool area. Please do not tamper with the pool filter or equipment. No life guard is provided. Use at your own risk.
Parking:
Each unit has one assigned parking space. You are allowed to park only 1 car in that space. Please do not park in the entry parkway in front of the gate or in another unit’s spot. There is one guest spot on the far left. The guest spot has a 12 hour limit and no overnight parking is allowed. The guest spot is shared among all the units so please be courteous. There are several pay parking lots near the complex and passes can be purchased at the police station on Shank Painter for long stays.
Hot Tub:(Closed summer of 2020 due to covid)
The hot tub is available for use daily from 8am-11pm. The controls are on the top of the hot tub. Please do not tamper with the jets themselves as they are fragile and break easily. No glass products are allowed by the hot tub. Please be sure to replace the hot tub cover after using. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed at the hot tub. Use at your own risk.
Trash:
The trash and recycle bins are located in the parking lot behind the shed. Please place all items in trash bags before you put them in the trash. The garbage people will not collect any trash that is not bagged.
Laundry-closed summer of 2020 due to covid to renters:
There is a coin-operated laundry in the basement (door by the pool) for your use. The key is provided by your unit owner. Laundry is available from 9am-5pm. Hanging Laundry outside unit is prohibited.
Cleaning:
Please treat this property as if it were your own home. Do not leave trash or cigarette butts around the grounds or the pool. Please do not move the BBQ.
Quiet Hours:
As a complex, we observe quiet hours from 11pm to 8am. We appreciate your being respectful of the close quarters that are part of the coziness of Provincetown. No parties are allowed in common areas.
Decks, Stairs & Entrances:
Hand Sanitizer available by gates. Please help us keep our community safe. Decks, stairs and entrances should be kept in an orderly fashion at all times. They should not be used for the storage of personal property.
